CHIEF CHEF - KANKI NORTH MARKET SQUARE

Huynh, better known as Chef Huong, has been with Kanki for more than 21 years, starting as a cook in 1993 at Kanki’s Crabtree Valley Mall location. In 2010, Chef Huong was promoted to the 2nd Chief Chef at the same location. Chef Huong was promoted to the Chief Chef position and transferred to Kanki’s North Market Square location in 2012.

Huong’s entire life has revolved around cooking, eating and restaurants. He moved here from his native Miami when his parents opened the Golden Dragon restaurant. His favorite thing to cook at Kanki is ahi tuna, and at home he enjoys grilling steaks for friends and family, as well as teaching his daughters to cook.
